New co-op housing in Sydney's west
The development of six units was jointly funded by the Department of Communities and Justice and Common Equity NSW and brings together a range of contemporary best practice ideas, including deliberative design and adaptive re-use and provides affordable housing to people in the Croydon, NSW area.
Common Equity NSW is a provider and developer of community housing in New South Wales.
CEHL collaborates with CENSW through the Australian Co-operative Housing Alliance (ACHA). They are separate organisations.
