Thank you to all members who have submitted their Annual Rent Review documents on time.  Meeting the deadline helps with processing and makes sure you are paying the right amount rent, with your rent subsidy deduction, where applicable.

We still have a handful of renters that have not submitted their Household Information Forms and income evidence.  Send in as soon as possible to make sure you do not default to paying maximum rent (market rent). 

You can complete your Household Information Form HIF on the member portal, email or by post.

Annual Rent Notices are being sent in the first week of June and will be applied from 1 July 2021.

If in the meantime your income is affected by lockdown restrictions and you receive supplementary payments from Services Australia, you do not need a new rent assessment. 

Please note, if your income increases or decreases by $50+ per week or your household composition has changed please submit a Change of Circumstance Household Information Form to have an immediate rent reassessment.
