Sometimes it's not easy to know what to do or who to contact if you have a complaint or want to share some positive feedback. This was one of the highest issues of concern for members in the Training Survey conducted in 2021.

The survey was an initiative of the Training Advisory Committee (TAC).  Click on the orange text if you'd like to read the 2020-21 Co-op Training Survey Report, published in December 2021.

There will be a series of training sessions being held in June, with a focus on how we look at complaints, not as a problem, but as an opportunity to improve how we deal with them.
