Submitting your HIF due to Portal Technical Issues
We are currently experiencing technical issues with the CEHL portal which may impact your ability to log in or submit your HIF. To enable members to complete the Household Information Form (HIF) we have attached copies of the document as well as a Centrelink Income Consent Form below.
Please complete and return the Household Information Form and Centrelink Income Consent Form (if this is an income source) along with any other income documents and return all documents via email to finserv@cehl.com.au
