HIF Hubs
It is that time of year again - the Annual Rent Review!
In response to your feedback, we are introducing a new initiative called “HIF Hubs” in regional locations this year.
What is a HIF Hub
CEHL team members will visit your region in a central location, such as a town hall. Our team members will provide direct assistance and advice on filling in your HIF form. They will also be collecting completed HIFs.
How do I get assistance?
Members and Renters can book a time with a team member to discuss a specific issue or get assistance to complete the process. Co-op treasures and rents officers are also invited to drop in with any queries or support needs.
