NOTE: Depending on number of attendees, the forums held on the same dates may be combined.

- your name and co-op
- the forum date you want to attend
- the device you'll be using to join the zoom meeting computer/ipad/mobile/landline
If you can't attend the forum in your region, register for another that you can attend.
