About the Event
At each CEHL Annual General Meeting in November, co-ops from the CEHL Program elect either two or three directors to the CEHL Board
The CEHL Board is comprised of five elected directors (including the chair), five technical directors appointed by the board for their specific skills and the Managing Director role.
Being a co-op elected director is an opportunity to bring your experience of the co-op housing program into CEHL governance discussions and decisions.
The CEHL Board seeks to ensure that all board directors understand the required competencies and skills to act as director.
This information session will outline the skills required and the important legal responsibilities required of all directors.
