What an extraordinary 18 months we have had, having to adapt to using online tools and materials for co-op training a lot faster than planned.
It’s great to now have a TAC Advisory group of 7 co-op members from 5 regions involved in giving advice on training that works for members of the CEHL Co-op Housing Program.

Survey on Co-op Training
TAC and CEHL are eager to know what members think about co-op training so will be sending the training survey in September 2021 to all members. The last training survey was done in December 2019 and the feedback guided the training plan for the next 2 years.
Please respond to the survey when it comes out – we want to know what you think works for training materials and sessions.
Co-op training for remainder of 2021
The training focus for the remainder of the year is on:
- updating the training resources related to topics delivered in training sessions over the last 2 years. Once the resources are updated, training sessions can be arranged with a CEHL Co-op Development Co-ordinator on those topics at your co-op’s request
- delivering the all member survey on training and collating the responses
