With COVID-19 restrictions currently in place, CEHL has introduced Virtual Annual Tenancy Inspections.

Virtual Inspections started the week beginning 24 August, 2020 and replace the physical inspections conducted by your Tenancy Co-ordinator.  Inspections are conducted annually for the purpose of ensuring that tenant responsibilities are being met and the property is being maintained. It also gives you an opportunity to connect with your Tenancy Co-ordinator and advise of any additional information you think we need to know about the property.

To assist you in completing these inspections, your Tenancy Co-ordinator will send an email and then call one week prior to the date your photos are due.  A step-by-step guide is provided with your Tenancy Co-ordinator contact details, if you need any assistance.
