The Meet and Greet sessions held in April and May 2022 saw a welcome return to ‘in-person’ gatherings after a two-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Members of the CEHL Board and committees and staff met with co-op members and direct renters (139) across Victoria in 6 regions and one online session.

Members told us they valued the open and honest discussion of issues that mattered to them, as well as the opportunity to connect with friends, old and new.

Meet and Greet Feedback

I felt this was by far the best meeting/session I have attended in years.

Insurance Premiums

Participants felt that the insurance premium is too high.

  • An online information session will be delivered later in the year to share information about the current insurance premium and how this is set.
Enquiries received from participants

During the session, members submitted enquiries which were personally followed up by the appropriate CEHL team member.

  • Over 70 enquiries registered and 68 resolved.

The feedback gained reconfirms ‘what we have heard’ through recent surveys: The Renter Satisfaction Survey (March 2022) and Co-op Program Committee, Communications Survey and Training Surveys (2021).

We are already working on these actions and will give regular updates on how we are tracking.
