Learn more about the role and responsibilities of a CEHL Board member.
The CEHL Board is made up of:
- Five co-op elected directors, elected by the CEHL shareholder housing co-operatives at the Annual General Meeting (elected for a two-year term)
- Five appointed directors are appointed by the Board based on their expertise in one of the following areas; Law, Finance, Real Estate, Social Housing or other like disciplines. Technical Directors are appointed for two-years
- The Managing Director, who is appointed by the Board
