INVITATION TO THE ENGAGEMENT FORUM IN JUNE 2019
Dear Co-op Members,
Over the second part of 2018 we ran a survey and regional workshops to examine ways to improve CEHL engagement. We are returning at the June Regional Forums to report back and progress the work you did in December 2018.

Engagement Forum Agenda
a report back of your feedback for the Board and the program (outlined in our report)
- a deeper look at the ideas “pitched” by co-ops at the December forums for increasing member participation and better connecting co-op members, including:
- a system of member “organisers” to improve participation (an idea from Morwell)
- re-creation of regional assemblies (an idea from Melton)
- participation projects – what is needed? (all forums)
- changes to regional forums for the remainder of 2019 including:
- using members to train others in story-telling, creating Facebook groups, and using computers to connect (an idea from Ballarat)
- showcasing participation projects and end of year celebration.
