Development Officer, Real Estate Services
The CEHL Real Estate Services Team manages CEHL property acquisitions disposals and developments. Killian joined the team in October 2021.
Originally from Carlow, a small town in South East of Ireland, about an hour from Dublin, Killian brings extensive experience from around the world to the CEHL Real Estate Services Team.
After living for a year in Vancouver, in 2010, Killian decided that Australia was the next place that he wanted to live due to the work opportunities, along with the amazing lifestyle!
While Killian came to Australia as a draftsperson almost 10 years ago, for most of that time he has worked as a Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator for a number of residential builders.
As part of his visa requirements, in his first year he also spent 3 months working on an organic bean farm, located just outside the town of Gympie as part of his visa requirements.
I was attracted to CEHL as I wanted to work alongside like-minded people and use the experience, I have obtained so far, to help provide housing for people who need it most.

Outside of work, he has always played club soccer since the age of 7 and have played for teams in Brunswick, Williamstown and currently play for South Yarra (although cut short due to Covid).
Killian is a dog person, although he doesn’t currently have a dog, as "I would feel like I'd be 'cheating' on the family pets back in Ireland!"
