Member portal usage has increased significantly since the start of the first COVID-19 restrictions. Many members have been learning to connect with family and friends online and with their increased confidence to give the portal a go and be able to access up-to-date information about the Program.
Member portal statistics
- 822 people in the Program are using the portal, that’s 60% of all people in the Program that CEHL has an email address
Breakdown of member portal users
- Every co-op has at least one person who has logged in to the portal
- More than 50% of co-ops have 7 or more member that have logged in
- Herbert Street Co-op members are the most frequent users of the portal
- Rural co-ops are using the portal more than metro co-ops
This year’s Member Satisfaction Survey gathered members feedback about the portal which we will use to plan improvements.
