Come to the Information Session in your area and find out about living in co-operative housing. The session will explain that Co-operatives are legal entities which manage their own housing, including the collection of rent and property maintenance. A housing co-operative is legally formed to provide housing to its members on a continuing basis. In return, the volunteer work of co-op members makes it possible for co-ops to offer lower rent.
This session will explain to you more about co-operative housing, how co-ops choose their members and how to apply.
From the list below choose the session you wish to attend, and click on the link to register for that session. You cannot come to a session if you do not register for it.
We ask that you not bring children to any session. If you cannot make other arrangements, it is your responsibility to make sure they are quiet to allow others to concentrate on the information presented.
