Website Improvements Launch!

To deliver a more user friendly, accessible and secure website we are making the following site updates by the end of May.

  • An improved search function with an advanced option to search by a specific category or document type

  • Accessibility support icon (blue round icon with a person located at the bottom right hand corner of all website pages). Click on the icon and you will be able to have the text on the page to be read aloud, adjust the text size and spacing; adjust the  brightness and contrast and you can also have the text translated to a variety of languages

  • A submit feedback button will be available on majority of the website pages

Further Updates Coming Soon...

A further improvement at this time will be the ability for an SMS message to be sent to inform you when there are new messages or correspondence on the portal.

We will also be implementing two-factor authentication. Two-Factor Authentication strengthens access security by requiring two methods to verify your identity on member’s portal accounts. 

When the two-factor authentication is activated a numerical code will be required as well as the username and password. This code will be either emailed or sent via a SMS message to the portal account holder. 
Two-factor authentication protects against phishing, social engineering and password brute-force attacks and secures your logins from attackers exploiting weak or stolen credentials.
